Self Build for the UK’s Biggest Builder
It is a little recognised fact but the biggest builder in the UK is currently the Self Builder.

This positive cashflow allows your projects to progress much quicker, ensures that you can keep your builder on site and allows you to negotiate the best prices for materials and labour. Self certification mortgages typically have lower borrowing percentages than full status mortgages but self build and renovation mortgage clients can now borrow up to 95% in advance on a self cert basis (subject to the final LTV not exceeding 90%). And finally, being able to buy land with outline planning permission makes buying land at auction a possibility and increases the speed at which you can acquire a plot.
